About this piece
Mrinmoyee, the Maa made of earth — the way she sits in a Bengali thakur ghar. Ten arms raised in blessing, the sabeki face with wide eyes and red-tipped fingers, a white saree with red border falling over a two-step crimson seat on a polished wood plinth. Calm, not in battle: this is the Maa you light a diya for every evening. Hand-cast in resin and hand-painted one at a time, 8 cm to 20 cm.

How it is made
Each Mrinmoyee — Maa Durga is 3D modelled, printed in resin at the size you choose, cleaned, cured, and then hand-painted one piece at a time in our Kolkata studio. Because the colour is laid on by hand, no two pieces are identical.
