About this piece
Goopy with his tanpura, Bagha with his dhol, and the Bhooter Raja who gave them three boons, from Satyajit Ray’s Goopy Gyne Bagha Byne. The whole childhood in one piece: the songs, the magic slippers, the feast that never ends. Each figure is hand-cast in resin and hand-painted one at a time, then set on a single base. 8 cm to 20 cm.

How it is made
Each Goopy Gyne Bagha Byne is 3D modelled, printed in resin at the size you choose, cleaned, cured, and then hand-painted one piece at a time in our Kolkata studio. Because the colour is laid on by hand, no two pieces are identical.
