About this piece

Ma Durga with Ganesha, Lakshmi, Saraswati and Kartik, standing together under a carved arch. Painted in the bright folk palette of Kondapalli and Bengal pata — reds, greens and gold on a deep rosewood shrine, with turned pillars and a white petal border running across the crown and the base. Each figure keeps its own vahana at its feet: the mouse, the owl, the swan and the peacock. Hand-cast in resin and hand-painted, made as one piece so the whole family comes home together.

Each Durga with Family is 3D modelled, printed in resin at the size you choose, cleaned, cured, and then hand-painted one piece at a time in our Kolkata studio. Because the colour is laid on by hand, no two pieces are identical.
